We are seeking a director to scale and lead our Security Forensics Professional Services team. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in mobile forensics and incident response with strategic ownership of service delivery, operational excellence, and customer success.

The Director will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for advanced professional services, leading complex forensic investigations, establishing operational security practices, and serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers.

This is a highly visible role with direct impact on customer outcomes, services growth, and the company’s security credibility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the Security Forensics Professional Services team, owning strategy, execution, and service quality.

• Oversee and actively contribute to advanced forensic investigations, including mobile device post-analysis, malware analysis, and incident response.

• Define, implement, and operationalize forensic, incident response, and operational security methodologies, policies, and best practices by refining SOPs, workflows, delivery models, and escalation paths to support consistent and scalable execution.

• Ensure high-quality delivery of professional services offerings, including consulting, implementation, customization, and training.

• Serve as a senior technical advisor and escalation point for key customers, translating complex forensic findings into actionable insights.

• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of threat detection, security forensics and professional services specialists.

• Define KPIs and performance metrics for service delivery, utilization, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile forensics, malware analysis, or digital forensics incident response.

• 3+ years in professional services, consulting, or technical leadership roles, preferably in security or forensics.

• Deep expertise in mobile forensics tools, methodologies, and investigative techniques.

• Strong understanding of incident response frameworks, threat intelligence, and operational security principles.

• Proven ability to lead complex investigations and communicate findings to both technical and executive audiences.

• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

• Strong client-facing presence with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while managing competing priorities.

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience in mobile forensic analysis and/or mobile threat detection.

• Experience with security tools, forensic analysis tools, and/or reverse engineering tools.
