Your Role: SDR / Account Executive Hybrid

This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on across the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. You’ll be the driving force behind pipeline growth, market expansion, and new client engagement across Ireland and the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Spark new conversations with qualified prospects via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and drive meaningful expansion.
  • Lead engaging discovery sessions and demos that show the real value of what we do.
  • Manage your own deals end-to-end — from first contact to close.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and navigate strategic negotiations.
  • Keep forecasts sharp and CRM data clean to support team performance.
  • Partner closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong outbound or SDR/BDR experience, or the drive to step up into a closing role.
  • Native-level English and excellent communication skills — you love telling stories that resonate.
  • A proactive, organised, and resilient approach to targets.
  • Bonus points for experience in SaaS, HR tech, or consultative sales environments.
