This is a full-time remote position for a DeFi Liquidity Operator. In this role, you will actively manage decentralized finance (DeFi) liquidity operations, monitor market trends, and perform liquidity provisioning across multiple DeFi platforms. Responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing liquidity pools, ensuring compliance with risk management protocols, and collaborating with internal teams on DeFi strategies. The role also involves staying updated on developments in the DeFi ecosystem to identify and act on new opportunities.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms and protocols
• Skills in financial modeling, data analytics, and market trend analysis
• Understanding of risk management practices in financial environments
• Ability to monitor and optimize DeFi liquidity pools
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency markets
• Knowledge of tokenomics and market-making is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently
