We are looking for a Product Analyst to support our team in daily product development activities, with a strong focus on technical analysis and defense-related standards. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to analyze complex information, including STANAG and MIL-STD requirements, ensuring that product development aligns with both technical and market needs. You will act as a bridge between technical insights, user feedback, and competitive intelligence, providing actionable recommendations to Product Owners and contributing directly to product improvements and overall product success.
Your future job tasks:
- Analyze and track technology trends, evaluating their potential impact on products and markets.
- Conduct structured market and competitors’ analysis to identify threats, opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between product and commercial strategies.
- Analyze and interpret technical information, including STANAG and MIL-STD requirements, ensuring alignment with product development.
- Work closely and collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support daily activities and ensure alignment between technical execution and product strategy.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to Product Owners to support decision-making and enhance product performance.
- Support the development and refinement of product features based on technical, market, and user insights.
- Assist in building and maintaining product documentation and requirements aligned with industry standards.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by providing analytical insights and prioritization support.
- Participate in various events to demonstrate our products.
What You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to work with cutting-edge technologies and anticipate future trends (AI, Robotics, Swarming, etc.).
- Familiarity with technical standards such as STANAG, MIL-STD, or similar regulatory/defense frameworks.
- Strong understanding of technology adoption cycles and innovation frameworks.
- Solid experience in market research and competitor analysis.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and navigating complex product ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
