JOB DESCRIPTION
- Own the account’s end‑to‑end technology and service solution, from bid through run.
- Lead complex multi–service line transformations, service integration, and operational excellence.
- Act as trusted advisor to customer IT leadership; shape the roadmap and innovation portfolio.
- Own the E2E technology & service solution for the account; maintain visibility of risks/issues and drive proactive service improvement and innovation.
- Lead across the lifecycle: Shaping/Winning, Transforming, Executing and Growing, ensuring solutions are deliverable and value‑accretive.
- Define the account technology roadmap aligned to the customer’s IT strategy; manage the innovation portfolio, shape and review transformative proposals.
- Provide technical guidance during complex Major Incidents; ensure learnings feed into problem management and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate architects (incl. CSAs) and ensure cross‑tower/service‑line alignment through transformation and operational excellence phases.
- Oversee the CSA working model: CSA operates under CTO direction to support solution design and deliverability into run.
- Enterprise architecture & strategy capability; profile aligned to Enterprise Architect / IT Strategist.
- Service integration & operations excellence across incident/problem management, lifecycle management, and cross‑tower alignment.
- Trusted‑advisor communication with customer IT leadership; strong stakeholder management with AM/DM, SDM and delivery teams.
- Innovation & proposal shaping experience (PoCs, strategic projects) balancing value, risk, cost, resilience and security.
- Alignment to Fujitsu’s Global Role Framework (GRF) for role definition and FJ level pathways.
- Strategic impact with C‑level visibility as the account’s technology owner and trusted advisor.
- End‑to‑end scope across shaping, winning, transforming and operational excellence—accelerating breadth and growth.
- Innovation runway to co‑create with customers and convert ideas into measurable service value.
- Leadership & mentoring opportunities within the CTO organisation and clear progression via GRF.
