NEAM S.A. (Nord Est Asset Management S.A.) is a Luxembourg management company, expression of the Italian Cooperative Credit Banks. It is the management company of NEF, a UCITS Umbrella Fund.
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior ICT Analyst to join our team and support ICT oversight, control activities and service provider management, ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
The Junior ICT Analyst contributes to the department through the following activities:
- Support in the execution of ICT oversight, ensuring alignment with NEAM policies, Group standards and Luxembourg regulatory requirements for management companies.
- Oversee and perform first-level ICT controls across key processes, including secure software development, identity and access management, information classification and protection, security awareness and training, vulnerability management, security logging and monitoring, cryptographic key and certificate management, and network security, documenting results and contributing to remediation actions where necessary.
- Assist in tracking and overseeing ICT implementations, changes and service onboardings end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day ICT support to company employees and manage internal ICT issues and incidents, coordinating and escalating with ICT service providers as required.
- Assist in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of documented ICT policies and procedures, performing gap analyses against parent company and regulatory requirements and reporting identified discrepancies.
- Contribute to the preparation of ICT-related reporting for senior management, the parent company, internal control functions and competent authorities when required.
Requirements (Profile/Qualifications)
- University degree in Information Technology or similar.
- Good knowledge of IT systems and key information security domains; relevant IT certifications are a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience as ICT Analyst or similar positions is consider an asset.
- Understanding of First Line of Defense responsibilities, ICT control frameworks, IT risk management principles, and outsourcing and third‑party/vendor oversight, including service‑level monitoring.
- Experience in ICT oversight and/or IT operations within financial services or other regulated environments, with familiarity with the Luxembourg Management Company context considered an asset.
- Understanding of First Line of Defense responsibilities, ICT control frameworks, IT risk management principles, and outsourcing and third‑party/vendor oversight, including service‑level monitoring.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements is consider an asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including in high‑pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, as well as efficient third‑party coordination.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently; self‑motivated, proactive, resilient and resourceful.
- Any experience with programming or scripting languages such as VBA or Python is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
