Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haarlem for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of project development, including planning, execution, and delivery. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and liaising with clients and team members to maintain clear communication. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing logistics, handling project documentation, and ensuring timely execution of milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Project Management with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor skills to ensure seamless project progress and resolution of delays.
• Knowledge and experience in Inspection and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate and oversee the movement of resources and materials efficiently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Agency experience in the marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
