Join the yellow team as our new Junior Power systems Embedded Software Developer (C/C++)!
Responsibilities:
- Specification modelling and validation of protection automation and control applications for Power Systems:
- Develop software (C/C++) for protection automation and control application in real time embedded systems.
- Participate in the complete development cycle, including design, implementation and testing;
- Be part of an R&D team working in a collaborative, informal and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with major in Power Systems field (some universities may refer to as Energy or Electric Power Systems)
- Academic knowledge in energy systems operation, protection, automation and control
- Teamwork oriented, self-organized and results oriented;
- Good problem solving skills and passion for learning.
Nice to have:
- Academic C/C++ programming skills;
- Knowledge in Matlab / Simscape Electrical / Simulink simulation environments;
- Understanding of basic electronics and laboratory instrumentation;
- Experience using version control systems (SVN, GIT).
Important information:
- Hybrid work model in Lisbon or Maia.
- Candidates must reside in Portugal.
