WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Drive bottom line results & Excellence in execution by delivering RGM insights based on complex data analytics that support business planning and implementations results process regarding Price to Consumer, Trade Investment, Mix, Price Pack Architecture and Promotional initiatives.
- Create RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix), updating regional BI tools and bringing insights into impacts on the marketing strategy and gross margin, promoting recommendations and action plans to the clusters within regional results review process.
- Support the implementation of RGM initiatives across channels, that deliver incremental EFO to Budget through analysis & tools, consistently tracking and reporting KPIs progress for Regional leadership team.
- Create (multiple) year pricing plan in close collaboration with the Sales team and support them during negotiations with scenario analysis.
- Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial teams by rolling out global initiatives (P2TT) or share & reapply from within the region.
- Develop key projects for RGM Iberia.
IAP
- Price to consumer
- Define Promotion strategy with Sales & Marketing and build Promotional calendar
- Product mix/format analysis
- Perform profitability analysis (M&E) on promotions
- Identify revenue growth opportunities on promotions for next FY
Detailed Customer Planning
- Similar to IAP + Guidance on Trade Terms strategy
- Provide insights and recommendation on customer P&L (Bacardi and customer point of view)
- Support Sales in annual customer negotiations based on agreed trade terms during IAP
- Monitor and approve price proposals during annual trade negotiations
- Monitor price (including list price/letter of commitment) based on regional pricing corridors (EMP)
- Convert strategy into specific actions & implement (manage price increase process incl. approvals)
- Provide Customer Service with info needed to maintain Price Master Data
- Maintain customer shelf pricing to allow calculating customers margin
- Review progress/results on key RGM initiatives (pricing/distribution/ROS/mix)
- Monthly EVA Report, Pricing A1/B1 vs EMP
- Deep dive on mix analysis to identify opportunities
- Review effectiveness of promotions
- Review competitor pricing and promotional strategy/activities and identify challenges
- Review Price to Consumer development vs global guidance
- Define promo types (TPR, gift with purchase, VAP, etc.)
- Define financial analysis methodology (by market, depending on data availability)
- Define which promotions will be analyzed each year
- Complete pre-evaluation of major promotions
- Identify and analyze Customer Funded promo(scanning)
- Lead post evaluation
- 3-5 years of experience working for FMCG and multinational companies
- Experience in RGM or in analytical areas of Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Finance, Sales combining advanced analytical skills with commercial understanding
- Experience in using BI tools that gather information from multiple and complex data sources and deliver actionable insights that are easy to access and update
- Experience in presenting complex internal (topline) and external (eg Nielsen) analysis to leadership teams in recurring and adhoc agendas
- Experience in delivering Financial / RGM analysis and recommendations to multidisciplinary commercial and finance teams
- Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or Finance - Post desirable.
