Senior Project Manager Manufacturing IT (MES / ERP) – Hands-on | 80–100%
An international industrial company in a regulated environment is currently strengthening its Operations IT and is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain.
This is not a coordination role.
This role is about execution, ownership and delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects in manufacturing and supply chain
- Drive implementation of data-driven production and logistics processes
- Work hands-on on system integrations (ERP, MES, WMS, QMS)
- Manage cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, production and supply chain
- Handle multiple project streams in parallel
- Ensure delivery in terms of timeline, budget and quality
- Actively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholders
- Support international rollouts and system implementations
- Ensure compliance in a regulated environment
Your profile
- Strong experience in digital transformation projects within manufacturing / supply chain
- Hands-on mindset – you go beyond coordination and actively drive execution
- Solid understanding of manufacturing IT systems (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS)
- Experience in regulated environments (MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences or similar) is a plus
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Fluent German, good English
