About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Presentation Specialist to work closely with senior business leaders. If you have a strong background in marketing, communications, or employer branding — and enjoy transforming complex ideas into polished, corporate‑branded slide decks — this role will fit you perfectly.

You’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and standardizing high‑impact presentations, ensuring alignment with Computacenter branding and helping transition decks into our own corporate visual identity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced enterprise environments, collaborates with senior stakeholders, and consistently delivers clean, visually compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine PowerPoint slide decks for various business needs.
• Transform existing materials into Computacenter‑branded corporate decks.
• Work closely with senior leaders to interpret briefs, understand messaging, and deliver polished outputs.
• Build visual concepts, layouts, and storytelling structures that convey information clearly and professionally.
• Ensure brand consistency across all presentation materials, templates, and visual assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Review, optimize, and redesign existing slides for clarity, visual impact, and narrative flow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, comms, delivery) to refine key messages and align with audience needs.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in presentation design, advertising, visual communication, or marketing/comms roles.
• Excellent-level English (written and verbal) - C1+
• Excellent command of Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced layouts, animations, infographics, templates) and other presentation & design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous slide decks and visual storytelling work.
• Proven ability to understand briefs, translate business messaging into visuals, and maintain brand identity.
• Excellent communication skills, for working with business leaders and seniors.
• Familiarity with design principles, typography, layout, and basic visual hierarchy techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle iterative feedback.

Nice to Have (not mandatory):

• Experience with corporate branding or rebranding projects.
• Familiarity with marketing/communications workflows or employer branding campaigns.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva.
• Comfort working in global or multicultural environments.
• Understanding of UX/UI basics or visual design systems.
