Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Retail Business Intelligence team, with a strong focus on data-driven decision support. The ideal candidate will combine financial analysis skills with expertise in data visualization and reporting to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive retail performance. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of customer and product portfolios, segmentation strategies, cost structures, and market dynamics to optimize performance and profitability throughout all retail segments and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses and draw conclusions regarding customers and products across retail segments, focusing on portfolio performance, profitability, and trends.
• Monitor and develop tools to track key business indicators, such as segment and product profitability, and channel performance.
• Gather and interpret business requirements for data visualization and analysis; ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with reporting standards.
• Analyze customer portfolio dynamics, including attrition, acquisition, and cross-selling activities by segment and channel.
• Design and deliver dashboards and performance reports to management and stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Develop and automate financial models to forecast performance, evaluate business scenarios, and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, improve data quality, and implement best practices.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements in reporting, analysis, and data visualization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or IT
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
• Experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in retail banking or financial services
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
