WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT


We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group (see here: BASF targets Frankfurt Stock Exchange as listing location for Agricultural Solutions and presents its new Management Board). To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles.


  • In your new position, you design, monitor, and manage HR reporting and analytics, covering internal and external HR related disclosures, including workforce, people metrics, and HR relevant ESG and risk topics.
  • Together with your colleagues, you closely align with the HR Financial & ESG Reporting interfaces to ensure consistent, accurate, and decision-relevant HR data and narratives.
  • Right in the heart of things, you further develop HR reporting frameworks, KPIs, and analytics solutions, enabling transparency across the employee lifecycle and supporting strategic workforce decisions.
  • Furthermore, you coordinate HR reporting interfaces across HR, Finance, ESG, and Risk, ensuring data quality, clear ownership, and harmonized end-to-end HR reporting processes.
  • Last but not least, you actively drive the evolution of HR analytics towards a data-driven and insight-oriented HR function, supporting standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • As we are building up the organization now, you can actively contribute and shape the overall HR IT landscape of the future.


What you offer

  • successfully completed master’s degree in human resources, business administration, economics, data analytics, or a comparable field
  • several years of professional experience in HR reporting, HR analytics, HR controlling, or a comparable corporate HR environment
  • strong knowledge of HR data models, workforce metrics, analytics concepts, and HR-relevant ESG and regulatory requirements
  • very good English language skills as well as proficiency in SAP (e.g. SAP HCM / SuccessFactors) and common MS Office applications
  • strong analytical thinking, a structured and precise working style, and the ability to collaborate confidently across HR and cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality
  • passion for our industry and a love for farming to contribute to the biggest job on earth
