Healthcare Holding Schweiz is a fast-growing Buy, Build & Technologize platform reshaping the Swiss MedTech services and distribution landscape. Based in Baar and backed by the Private Equity team of Winterberg Advisory (Munich/Zug), our client acquires, integrates, and grows SMEs – combining operational excellence with digital innovation. Their portfolio currently spans seven operating platforms across oral health, surgical solutions, rehabilitation and care, medical diagnostics, medical beauty, orthopedic solutions and regulators and quality. In 2025 alone, they made 12 deals, more than doubling their revenue.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff (responsible for all business development and value creation measures), you will be at the heart of the portfolio operations. You will work across the portfolio companies to drive operational improvements, build scalable processes, and deliver high-impact projects in close collaboration with the Executive Committee and the management teams of the portfolio companies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Sales Excellence: Drive data-driven decision-making and work closely with the management of the portfolio companies to achieve measurable sales growth.
• Business Cases & New Products: Develop compelling business cases to win new products and follow through until results show in the P&L.
• Go-to-Market Concepts: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products across portfolio companies.
• Process Automation & AI: Identify and implement automation opportunities across business processes, leveraging AI where it creates real value.
• Investor and board materials: Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for investors and Board meetings, in close collaboration with the Executive Committee of the Holding.
• Special Value Creation Projects: Lead and execute cross-functional projects that drive measurable EBITDA impact across the portfolio companies.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of post-graduate experience in value creation, post-merger integration, project management, or a similar role within a top-tier consultancy or a DACH-based scale-up.
• A strong “Can Do” attitude and high willingness to work until the job is done – you thrive in environments where structure doesn’t exist yet and needs to be built.
• Sharp analytical skills paired with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with data analytics tools and a genuine interest in AI-driven process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills – you can distill complex topics into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Native-level German and fluent English. French is a plus.
