Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Analytics & Data Domain team. In this role, you will work on one of the most dynamic digital products focused on enabling analytics across multiple areas including aftermarket, manufacturing, engineering, and vehicle software installation.

You will contribute to building scalable, data‑driven solutions and modern applications within a fully DevOps‑oriented environment. This role requires strong expertise across backend, frontend, data engineering, and machine learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full‑stack applications covering both frontend and backend components.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and data pipelines supporting analytics and software installation use cases.
• Work with cross‑functional DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into high‑quality solutions.
• Build high‑performance, user‑friendly frontend applications using modern frameworks.
• Apply machine learning and data engineering concepts in real-world production systems.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, security, and cloud‑native development.
• Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction for the product.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and promote a strong culture of co‑creation and innovation.

Key Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React, Typescript, Java, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and modern frontend design.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and cloud‑native architectures.
• Knowledge of messaging/streaming technologies such as Kafka or MQ.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and applying ML models in production environments.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, including feature engineering and model deployment workflows.

Soft Skills

• Curious, open-minded, and eager to continuously develop new skill sets.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in stakeholder interaction and requirement gathering.
