We are looking for an experienced Software Architect within the area of infotainment. This role involves a lot of collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop software frameworks, define integration strategies, and address technical challenges. As a SW Architect you are responsible for delivering innovative and robust software systems that meet performance, safety, and compliance goals.
Main Role and Responsibilities:
- Software Architecture Requirements management & Support requirement elicitation, analysis, breakdown, and coordination with the stakeholders.
- The software architect expected to develop, analyze, and maintain the software architecture.
- Work hands-on with the development team to prepare/review detailed technical design and ensure delivery as per committed estimates with high quality.
- Participating in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution, exploring solution alternatives and ability to help refine the solution.
- Bug Analysis and Prevention: Identify root causes of past bugs and implement preventative measures in the software architecture to reduce the likelihood of future issues.
- Definition of concept approaches and optimization of existing concepts
- Establish and enforce coding standards through regular code reviews, ensuring the highest quality in our software development process which includes software testing.
- Simulink Modelling of software architectures for automotive devices including traceability.
- Extensive experience with the latest standards of C/C++, AUTOSAR and Embedded Systems
- Software profiling, performance analysis and optimization techniques.
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in computer / software engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in embedded software architecture and system deployment for complex multiprocessor systems.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect with a focus on either Infotainment or ADAS.
- Experience in concept definition of software for automotive applications
- Experience in software architecture definition and deployment
- C/C++ coding skills
- Very strong communication, presentation, and social skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- You can easily create a network and work cross-functionally
- You are pro-active, flexible and can handle working in a start-up
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
- Knowledge of automotive domain using Windows / Linux.
- Knowledge of development processes for software design i.e., ASPICE and ISO26262
- Knowledge in state-of-the-art requirements management, software modelling and development tools
- We expect you to be a good team player able to integrate into a fast and growing environment requiring challenging collaboration with the technical team/support organization and everyday communication with stakeholders.
