Are you a commercially driven sales professional passionate about technology and strong customer partnerships? This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading manufacturer of electronic components, known for its extensive product portfolio and global reach across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
As Sales Manager for Northern Europe, you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships and channel partners, driving business growth with both local and global accounts. This position combines technical engagement, strategic account management, and regional business development, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
You’ll be responsible for building and expanding profitable partnerships across Northern Europe, working directly with OEMs, EMS providers, and distribution partners. This role offers a mix of strategic sales planning, design-in promotion, and hands-on collaboration with technical and commercial stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to grow business with direct and indirect customers.
- Leading annual commercial negotiations, ensuring competitive positioning and margin growth.
- Promoting design-in activities and introducing component solutions to R&D and engineering teams.
- Strengthening relationships with key distributors and channel partners.
- Identifying new market opportunities and targeting competitive displacement.
- Collaborating closely with technical teams, supply chain, and global business units to deliver customer success.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Traveling regularly across Northern Europe to ensure customer proximity and deep market understanding.
About You
You’re an enthusiastic and independent sales professional with a strong technical or commercial background in the electronics components industry. Relationship building comes naturally to you, and you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
We’re looking for:
- A degree in electronics (or equivalent industry experience).
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales of electronic components or related products.
- Familiarity with the European distribution landscape and high-volume or specialty sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English; additional Nordic or Germanic languages are a plus.
- A structured, self-driven approach and willingness to travel frequently within Northern Europe.
