About The Role

We are looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of the smooth operation and ongoing development of our high-quality Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform, used by multiple Tieto Caretech products.

In this role, you will combine Service Manager and Product Owner responsibilities. You will oversee the operational and financial management of the platform, drive backlog prioritization, support commercial and contracting matters, and ensure agreed service levels, high quality, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, it would be beneficial to have

  • Proven experience in Service Manager and/or Product Owner roles
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure platforms, particularly Kubernetes-based environments
  • Experience in managing shared platforms or services used by multiple teams or products
  • Ability to balance business needs, technical requirements, and operational priorities
  • Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and agile ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in driving effective collaboration across internal teams
  • Understanding of SLA-driven service delivery, service quality, and continuous improvement
  • Financial awareness and experience in budgeting, cost follow-up, or commercial/vendor-related discussions
  • Fluent English and, depending on the location, Finnish, Swedish or Lithuanian.
