Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SD-WAN Network Engineer (Versa) to manage and enhance a large-scale global SD-WAN environment. You will play a key role in ensuring network reliability, performance, and security across 700+ sites while driving modernization and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and optimize a large-scale Versa SD-WAN environment (700+ sites)
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions
• Apply deep expertise in networking technologies including:
• IPSEC, VXLAN
• MPLS
• BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF
• QoS and TCP/IP
• Monitor network performance using advanced tools and proactively resolve issues
• Lead critical troubleshooting and incident resolution across cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement in SD-WAN design, performance, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain detailed network documentation and operational procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SD-WAN (Versa preferred)
• Strong expertise in:
• Versa SD-WAN architecture, provisioning, and operations
• Large-scale network environments
• Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP)
• Tunneling technologies (IPSEC, VXLAN)
• MPLS and QoS
• Experience with monitoring tools such as:
• SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Splunk, PRTG (or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

preferred Skills

• Versa SD-WAN certifications (VOS or similar)
• Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible, APIs)
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
