About the Role
Ministry of CRM is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Front-end Developer to join our growing team in Istanbul. In this role, you will work on high-quality CRM and email marketing projects for global brands, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, responsive HTML email development, and dynamic email personalisation.
You will collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and developers to transform creative concepts into robust, scalable, and high-performing email experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and QA responsive email HTML templates aligned with design specifications and deliverability standards.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud assets (emails, content blocks, CloudPages, data extensions, automations, journeys).
- Write and optimise SQL queries for segmentation, reporting, and behavioural targeting
- Integrate data flows between CRM systems and campaign execution layers (with clear data contracts and validation).
- Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate delivery (code assistance, debugging, content variations, QA support), while maintaining strict quality control.
- Own testing and release discipline: rendering checks (major clients), dark mode considerations, link validation, tracking parameters, and accessibility.
- Produce clear technical documentation and handover notes for ongoing maintenance.
Requirements

- Strong hand-coding skills in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
- Deep understanding of email development best practices, including responsive and adaptive design techniques
- Strong knowledge of frameworks, coding techniques, and layouts for email development
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on work
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to research and solve technical issues independently
- Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation
