This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact in a dynamic, international environment.
The position is based in Poland (Warsaw) with a temporary contract (18 months).
📊 Your day-to-day activities
- Assist in executing the local product portfolio strategy and supporting commercial teams.
- Help monitor product performance, pricing, and basic P&L elements.
- Support the launch of new products and local adaptations (materials, requests, timelines).
- Track market data (e.g., Nielsen) to identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities.
- Contribute to BTL activation planning and support alignment with ATL initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and product documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HQ, agencies, and cross‑functional teams on projects and workflows.
- Coordinate operational tasks such as SAP reporting and partner communication.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or product‑related roles within FMCG or consumer goods would be ideal for this role.
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity for market and consumer insights.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, international environment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
- Degree in marketing, business, or similar fields.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow.
- A temporary contract (1–5 years), offering stability with room to grow.
