About Position
As a rapidly growing company, solarVis is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in our Ankara office, located in the relaxed and vibrant environment of ODTÜ TEKNOKENT.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product strategy, customer needs, design, and execution. You will play a key role in shaping our products, aligning business priorities with user problems, and helping turn complex workflows into intuitive and scalable software experiences.
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Own and drive the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for key solarVis modules and workflows
- Work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to define product vision, priorities, and roadmap
- Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals into clear product requirements and actionable plans
- Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and ensure smooth communication between product, design, engineering, and operations
- Monitor product performance, identify improvement areas, and support continuous optimization of user experience and business outcomes
- Help structure and improve product processes, including planning, backlog management, release coordination, and internal alignment
Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements:
- Based in Ankara, Türkiye
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a software company
- Experience working closely with software development teams in agile or fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and execution plans
- Experience in writing user stories, PRDs, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Ability to prioritize effectively and balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Strong understanding of digital product development processes and product thinking
- Practical understanding of how AI tools can improve product discovery, research, documentation, testing, and execution is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams on AI-related product opportunities, including prompting strategies, evaluation logic, and user-facing AI workflows, is a plus
- Experience with B2B SaaS products is a strong plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product feedback, usage patterns, and performance metrics
- Excellent conversational and written English communication skills
