QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant departments of leading universities in Türkiye or abroad,
  • 1–5 years of experience in AI, data science, software development or related fields,
  • Proficient in Python (intermediate to advanced level),
  • Hands-on experience in AI-based development and building intelligent solutions (e.g., LLMs, automation, agent-based systems),
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, data processing, and model integration,
  • Experience in developing or contributing to end-to-end AI/automation projects is a plus,
  • Proficient in English (minimum B1–B2 level, both written and spoken),
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and result-oriented mindset,
  • Eagerness to learn and follow emerging AI trends and technologies,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with deadlines.


JOB DESCRIPTION

As an AI Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions by leveraging data analysis, machine learning techniques, and advanced analytics. The role will cover;


  • Developing machine learning models and applying statistical techniques,
  • Analyzing complex data to generate actionable insights,
  • Translating analysis into clear reports and presentations,
  • Designing and implementing AI-based solutions (model development, training, optimization),
  • Building automation workflows and agent-based systems,
  • Researching and applying new AI tools and methodologies,
  • Supporting teams in using AI systems and solving technical challenges,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business processes.
