🎯 Role Overview

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining:

• Corporate Website
• High-Converting Landing Pages
• Zoho CRM Customization & Automation
• Funnel Infrastructure
• Performance, Tracking & Security

You’ll work closely with the CMO, PPC Manager, and Sales Team to ensure our digital ecosystem converts visitors into qualified appointments.

🔥 What You’ll Own1️⃣ Website Development & Optimization

• Develop and maintain the corporate website
• Improve page speed, UX/UI flow & mobile responsiveness
• Implement schema markup & on-page SEO best practices
• Ensure premium brand positioning
• Optimize technical SEO structure

2️⃣ High-Ticket Landing Page Development

Build high-converting landing pages for:

• Business Setup in Dubai
• UAE Company Formation
• Corporate Tax Advisory
• Investor Visa Services
• Bank Account Assistance

You will optimize for:

• Conversion Rate
• Lead Quality
• Booking Rate

Plus:

• A/B testing
• Thank-you page tracking
• Funnel event tracking
• Ad platform integrations

3️⃣ Zoho CRM Development & Automation (Mandatory)

• Customize Zoho CRM modules
• Build automation workflows:
• Lead assignment
• Email sequences
• Follow-up triggers
• Task automation
• Create dashboards for:
• Sales tracking
• Lead source attribution
• Revenue reporting
• Integrate CRM with:
• Website forms
• Landing pages
• WhatsApp systems
• Email marketing tools

4️⃣ Funnel & Tracking Infrastructure

• Google Tag Manager
• GA4
• Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Event & call tracking
• Appointment booking tracking
• Accurate lead source attribution

5️⃣ Performance, Security & Maintenance

• Monitor uptime & server performance
• Maintain backups
• Implement security best practices
• Ensure fast-loading infrastructure
• Troubleshoot immediately

🧠 Required Experience

• 3–5+ years in web development
• Strong WordPress / Custom CMS experience
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• PHP (preferred)
• Hands-on Zoho CRM development (mandatory)
• Experience building high-converting landing pages
• Strong UX psychology & CRO understanding
• CRM, automation & payment gateway integrations
• Technical SEO knowledge
• UAE market experience (preferred)
