The Menarini Group, a leading international pharmaceutical company, is seeking a motivated Emirati student or recent graduate for the Middle East & Africa region, based in Dubai, who is eager to explore the pharmaceutical industry and gain practical experience by joining our Pharmacovigilance (PV) Team as an Intern for a 3-month internship program, preferably starting in April 2026.

During this internship, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the drug safety and pharmacovigilance processes, support the team in day-to-day activities, and develop a deeper understanding of how pharmaceutical companies ensure the safety, monitoring, and regulatory compliance of medicinal products. This experience will provide valuable insight into the operational and regulatory aspects of the healthcare industry within an international environment.

This opportunity is ideal for 4th-year (final year) students or recent graduates who are interested in building a career in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, and who are eager to learn, contribute, and develop their professional skills in a dynamic team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintain PV documentation and tracking logs
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance activities
• Learn through providing operational support to the pharmacovigilance team

Requirements:

• (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Fresh graduate in Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field and/or 4th grade/final year
• Attendance of minimum 2 working days per week
• Fluency in English

This internship offers hands-on training, mentorship, and real exposure to pharmacovigilance operations within a professional pharmaceutical environment.
