We are looking for someone who wants to help design and implement robust security solutions at some of Norway's largest companies. As a security architect, you will play a central role in digitalization projects, where security is not something that comes after - but is built in from the start.

As a security architect, you will have a central role in designing and implementing security solutions in complex IT environments - both in the public and private sectors.

Your tasks will include:

• Design security architecture that supports business needs and risk profile, focusing on modern principles such as Zero Trust and micro-segmentation.
• Specify and implement solutions within technologies such as:
• Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) for secure internet and application access
• Fortinet (FortiGate/FortiManager) for firewall, segmentation and threat protection
• VMware NSX for micro-segmentation and virtualized network security
• Microsoft Defender or SentinelOne for advanced endpoint protection and threat management
• Secure cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) using native tools like Azure Defender and AWS Security Hub
• Provide advice on technology choices and security measures in hybrid infrastructure environments, based on the maturity and needs of the business.
• Collaborate closely with operations, development and management to ensure good implementation, management and ownership of security measures.
• Assess risk and compliance, and ensure that security requirements are well-embedded throughout the organization.
• Drive safety culture and best practices in projects and teams – and be an active contributor to our strong professional community.

What you need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with IT architecture and security design
• Speak fluent Norwegian.
• Hands-on experience with networks, infrastructure and security solutions
• Experience with Zero Trust frameworks, micro-segmentation, and platform security
• Expertise in cloud technology (Azure, AWS or GCP) and associated security features
• Good communication skills – you are able to anchor security both technically and strategically
• Relevant education and preferably certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, CCIE Security, etc.)
