Engineering Operations drives the effectiveness of engineering by aligning people, processes, and technology. This role ensures seamless execution, optimizing planning, and agile ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.

Your Impact
Engineering Operations drives the effectiveness of engineering by aligning people, processes, and technology. This role ensures seamless execution, optimizing planning, and agile ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
- Support engineering leadership
- Work independently to define approach and drive execution with minimal oversight
- Partner cross-functionally with other functions to align processes and priorities
- Optimize agile ways of working across teams, dependencies, and workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering planning, and delivery
- Bachelor + 7 years of related experience or
- Masters + 4 years of related experience
- Strong analytical, program management and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management and communication skillsets
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Clear communication, simplifies complex topics into actionable insights
- Attention to detail, ensures quality in all reporting deliveries
- Collaboration, fosters teamwork across diverse functions and levels
- Ownership & problem-solving, takes accountability and proactively removes blockers to deliver result
