Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain automated dashboards and reports (Power BI) that translate business requirements into clear KPIs and visual narratives for client stakeholders.
- Author performant SQL queries and ETL routines to extract, clean and prepare data from multiple transactional and cloud sources for analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc and recurring analyses to identify trends, root causes, anomalies and opportunities; deliver concise insights and recommended actions to consulting teams.
- Collaborate with consultants and client SMEs to define measurement frameworks, data requirements and acceptance criteria for analytics deliverables.
- Implement data validation, quality checks and documentation to ensure accuracy and repeatability of reporting pipelines.
- Optimize reporting workflows and query performance, and support handover to client operations with training and runbooks.
