We’re looking for starting a collaboration with a Data Analyst who can connect data with real-world operations and commercial performance.
The main goal is to support daily analytical routines across logistics and e-commerce/CRM, track shipping and customer activity, identify irregularities, and spot early signs of issues before they escalate.
This isn’t just a reporting role. It’s about understanding what each number means, seeing patterns in delivery, clearance, sales, and customer data, and translating them into clear, actionable updates for teams.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Reporting and Monitoring
- Monitor daily shipping and delivery statuses across all warehouses and carriers.
- Identify anomalies (delayed, stopped, or repeatedly inspected parcels) and verify cause.
- Prepare and update summary reports showing delivery ratio, inspection ratio, and issue trends.
- Keep tracking logs current and highlight key actions needed from each warehouse.
Issue Review and Escalation
- Cross-check uploaded documentation (commercial invoices, transaction records, customs forms).
- Link data from couriers, warehouses, and system exports to identify the real reason behind each issue.
- Flag repeated documentation or process errors early and escalate them with clear examples.
Data Quality Maintenance
- Ensure shipping, order, and customer data is complete, consistent, and usable for automation and reporting.
- Keep structured logs for all corrections, re-uploads, and anomaly findings.
- Support weekly validation of success rates and customs clearance results.
- Maintain clean, consistent reporting inputs across operational and commercial data sources.
Marketing and Sales Support
- Proactively define and generate reports and dashboards based on business priorities, without waiting for detailed briefs.
- Extract and analyse CRM and order data to track new and returning customers, customer behaviour, churn, and revenue impact.
- Maintain weekly dashboards summarizing customer activity, funnel health, lost revenue, and actionable insights for business and sales teams.
- Produce monthly reports consolidating sales performance, customer retention, revenue trends, and recommendations for strategy and operations.
- Interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for business decisions.
- Collect, structure, and interpret CRM and e-commerce data for monthly marketing and sales performance reviews.
- Provide summaries highlighting customer behaviour, revenue trends, churn, and actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
Support for Monthly and Quarterly Reviews
- Collect and structure data for monthly warehouse performance reviews.
- Help prepare summaries for management and technical teams.
- Assist in checking and verifying metrics used in automation.
- Collect, structure, and interpret CRM and e-commerce data for monthly marketing and sales performance reviews, including clear summaries and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, logistics, fulfilment, or e-commerce analytics.
- Strong ability to connect data points and identify patterns or inconsistencies.
- Comfortable working with large data sets (Excel / Sheets) and shipping tracking systems, and marketing/sales / CRM data sources.
- Experience with marketing, sales, or CRM analytics, including dashboards, funnel metrics, revenue tracking, CAC/ROAS.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights for both operations and marketing/sales.
- Clear written English and confident communication style.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs clearance, or HS codes.
- Interest in automation tools.
