Role Description
The Finance Manager | Crypto Fund role is a full-time, remote position. The Finance Manager will oversee the operations of CUVCPE’s crypto fund, including financial planning, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing cryptocurrency market trends, identifying investment opportunities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align investment strategies with organizational goals while monitoring fund performance and providing strategic recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment skills
- Experience in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital assets
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and investment strategy development
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
- Effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, or financial services is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Base Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 annually
End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary
