The role
We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially driven Growth Marketing Lead to join our Toronto hub and build the demand generation engine that will propel our next phase of hyper-growth. This is a player-coach role for a highly technical operator, meaning you will directly own our marketing pipeline and revenue attribution.
You will manage our internal Senior Marketing Manager and external agencies, while getting hands-on in the architecture of our HubSpot CRM to ensure every marketing dollar is tied to closed-won revenue. We view Marketing as a revenue-generating function, not a cost center, and you will be tasked with transforming our funnel into a predictable machine.
What you will do
- Take absolute ownership of our HubSpot instance and marketing tech stack. You will build and optimize the tracking architecture (using HubSpot, Zapier, UTMs) to ensure full-funnel visibility—mapping everything from social engagement to closed-won revenue.
- Shift our content strategy to focus strictly on high-intent, convertible assets. You will design Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting specific ICPs (exchanges, stablecoin issuers) addressing their core regulatory and liquidity pain points.
- Work in lockstep with the Head of Sales to accelerate pipeline velocity. You will create targeted nurture sequences to re-engage discovery-stage prospects and ensure a seamless handover of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Lead, mentor, and empower our internal Senior Marketing Manager. You will also direct our external PR/Content agency to ensure top-of-funnel media placements result in trackable inbound leads.
- Maximize our return on investment from Tier 1 industry events by driving pre-event meeting bookings and post-event lead nurturing.
What you bring
- You are battle-tested. You have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical growth marketing, demand generation, or RevOps role within B2B SaaS, Banking, FinTech, or Crypto.
- You are a doer. You operate with autonomy, urgency, and a bias for action. You are not a passenger; you are an owner who proactively identifies gaps in the funnel and deploys tactical solutions to solve them.
- You should be technical: You possess expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, marketing automation, and CRM integrations. You are comfortable getting into the weeds to build workflows and tracking scripts.
- You should be deeply analytical: You are fluent in commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, SQL conversion rates). You build dashboards that tell a clear story about marketing's impact on the bottom line.
- You should have B2B / Web3 experience: You understand the complexities of the B2B enterprise sales cycle (6-12 months). Background in crypto infrastructure, banking, payments, or traditional SaaS is highly preferred.
- You are a leader, not just in name: You have a proven track record of managing high-performing individual contributors and external vendors, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Up to $130,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and technical expertise.
- A massive 2% uncapped commission on all marketing-sourced, closed-won revenue. If you build the architecture that sources the lead, you get paid like a closer.
