About The Role

LANDED is looking to hire a Technical Implementation Manager to support and expand LANDED’s system integration ecosystem. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping implement, configure, and optimize integrations with 3rd-party systems for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Play a crucial role in understanding the technical requirements of our customers and how LANDED integrates across their software ecosystem
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders on the client side to integrate LANDED’s system with their existing software stack and configure implementations based on their operational setup
  • Own the technical setup and configuration of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR SaaS integrations for new and existing customers
  • Work closely with Engineering and Client Strategy teams to implement integrations that require a deep understanding of customer systems and data flows
  • Actively monitor data exchange and troubleshoot API integration issues as necessary
  • Create and maintain system integration documentation for internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment
  • Support the rollout of integration improvements and updates in coordination with engineering and client-facing teams
  • Help identify opportunities to improve integration reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical implementations, solutions engineering, integrations, or a similar technical role
  • Prior experience integrating SaaS platforms and working with APIs, ideally in HR tech, recruiting software, or related systems
  • You’re a go-getter and a determined and passionate professional who’s excited to build out a new function at a fast-growing startup. Being a problem solver comes naturally to you, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Your analytical and data analysis skills are well-honed
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to find smart solutions and approaches and have strong problem-solving abilities while staying organized and focused
  • A great communicator and collaborator who’s able to work and thrive in cross-functional environments
