Job Title: Cisco Network Administrator - SD WAN (Versa)

Role Description
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Network administration and support.
• Implement and optimize SD-WAN (Versa) solutions for secure and efficient connectivity.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; client-centric, professional, friendly, and courteous.
• Hands-on experience with Service ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
• Ability to be a self-starter and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a sense of urgency.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Operational Support
• Provide day-to-day technical support for data and wireless services, including 24/7 on-call support.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and faults.
Network Administration
• Configure, install, and maintain Cisco LAN/WAN equipment (switches, routers, SD-WAN, wireless access points).
• Perform network upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management (including end-of-life hardware replacement).
Project Delivery
• Implement Proof of Concept (POC) designs into production systems.
• Act as a technical lead for small to medium-scale network projects.
Security & Compliance
• Enforce network security policies, manage VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO 27001).
Documentation & Communication
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures.
• Communicate technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration
• Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
