Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for executing the configuration changes provided to this resource from the L2 resource within the end-to-end refresh and deployment requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership needed to solve operational and configuration issues.
- Provide support on technical escalations and incidents.
- Provide recommendations and contribute to the solutions in an area of expertise including leading work streams that are part of the larger initiative.
