L1 network engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for executing the configuration changes provided to this resource from the L2 resource within the end-to-end refresh and deployment requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership needed to solve operational and configuration issues.
• Provide support on technical escalations and incidents.
• Provide recommendations and contribute to the solutions in an area of expertise including leading work streams that are part of the larger initiative.
• Plan, submit, execute, monitor, remediate deployments and assist with supporting all system updates and lead production deployment activities
• Network Configuration Execution – Resource responsible to execute the configuration changes

• Routing and switching
• Wireless Technologies
• Cisco
• SilverPeak SDWAN (Software Defined Wide Area Networking)
• IBNS 2.0
• VLAN Segmentation and ACL configuration including DACLs (Downloadable ACL)
• NAC Configuration
• Documentation
