We are building a next-generation MFG deviation management platform to enable a fully automated, AI-powered semiconductor manufacturing fab. As a Software / System Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy mission-critical software systems that integrate MES, FDC, SPC, AMHS, equipment, and AI services into a unified real-time abnormality management and recovery platform. This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing systems, real-time software engineering, and industrial automation, and will directly impact fab stability, yield, cycle time, and productivity.
Education
- MFG Platform Development
- Design and develop the core services: abnormality ingestion, alarm orchestration, workflow engine, case management, and recovery automation.
- Build scalable microservices and event-driven architectures for real-time manufacturing data.
- Develop APIs and middleware to connect factory systems
- Manufacturing System Integration
- Integrate the system with:
- MES,FDC,SPC, RMS, OCAP,AMHS / MC, Equipment interfaces (SECS/GEM, EDA, OPC-UA, APIs)
- Design high-reliability data pipelines for alarms, events, traces, and operational states.
- Real-Time Abnormality & Workflow Engine
- Implement:
- Smart alarm management
- Ownership routing and escalation
- Guided RCA workflows
- Automated containment and recovery actions
- Support both human-in-the-loop and autonomous recovery scenarios.
- AI & Advanced Automation Enablement
- Work with AI engineers to:
- Integrate anomaly detection models
- Support LLM/Agentic AI orchestration
- Enable closed-loop optimization and learning
- Build data services to support real-time and offline analytics.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 5+ years in one or more in any of Manufacturing IT systems, Industrial software platforms, Real-time / distributed systems, Semiconductor fab systems (strong advantage)
- Software development experience in at least one:
- Java / Python / C# / Go
- Strong knowledge of:
- Business and system analyst
- Microservices, event streaming
- REST/gRPC APIs
- Relational & time-series databases
- System integration experience:
- MES, FDC, SPC, AMHS, equipment systems
- SECS/GEM, EDA, OPC-UA, or industrial middleware
