- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure timely project completion
- A four-year college degree and/or a minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience working in a Scrum environment
- Professional experience in the PBM and/or pharmacy industry
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Agile or Scrum Master training
- Continuous deployment experience
- Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA
