What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Participate in sprint ceremonies based on assigned initiatives
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure timely project completion
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• A four-year college degree and/or a minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Experience working in a Scrum environment
• Professional experience in the PBM and/or pharmacy industry
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Agile or Scrum Master training
• Continuous deployment experience
• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA
