  • Responsible for cost planning, Estimating Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) of projects, Contract negotiation,
  • Procurement advice, Preparing Bill of Quantities, Monitoring Budget, Assessment of variation, Dispute resolution, Pricing of BOQ and estimation.
  • Assist to take decision on procurement planning and cost controlling. Work closely with design development manager for cost planning and commercial management during the entire cycle of the project.
  • Work with architect and project manager for project costing and assist in tendering procedures with sales / marketing manager.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost benchmarking, and budget estimates for new projects.
  • Leading and analyzing tender submissions, quotations, and rate build-ups.
  • Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises.
  • Support in drafting and reviewing contract conditions, scope of work, and commercial terms.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor baseline and revised project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Integrate cost, resources, and procurement plans with project schedules.
  • Work closely on procurements’ timing and planning, and support procurement in negotiating subcontractor agreements and rates.
  • Assistance in dispute resolution with suppliers of sub-contractors.
  • Interim payment assessment of the supplier.
  • Evaluate variations, claims, and changes to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Assess and claim extra cost of design variation if any with customer
  • Manages all cost relating to civil engineering projects and fit out works from the initial calculation to final figures.
  • Minimizing cost of the project and enhance value for important profit, achieving the standards and quality.
  • Producing BOQs and computing costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Resolving issues/discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Calling in for suppliers quotes and selecting / negotiating best quotes.
  • Making sure all POs are placed on time as per the programs.
  • Cost / Budget control and checking.
  • Preparing and following up monthly valuation with client.
  • Checking / approving sub-contractor payment certificates.
  • Monitor/advice contracts final cost estimates.
  • Check and supervise material delivery on site.
  • Maintain comprehensive cost records, variation logs, and project documentation.
  • Provide commercial advice and cost implications for design or scope changes.
  • Stay updated on construction regulations, material pricing, and labor market trends.
  • Analysis: 
    • Analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
    • Prepare cost forecasts, and project profitability reports.
    • Milestone analysis of project estimated and actual cost.
    • Track project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and forecasts for management and clients.
    • Conduct risk analysis to optimize project timelines.
    • Support delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and schedule-related contractual matters
