Data Analyst | Greater London | Hybrid | £25 - £42 per hour

This 12-month contract places you at the heart of digital transformation and operational excellence. You will leverage SAP ERP and advanced data visualization tools to ensure compliant, high-speed delivery of healthcare products to millions of patients.
The Role
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and functional lead for all Customer Master Data business processes across the UK organization.
• Manage, validate, and maintain UK customer accounts within SAP ERP, ensuring 100% compliance with strict pharmaceutical regulations.
• Oversee the resolution of complex system interface failures between internal systems and external Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
• Develop and implement high-level Master Data strategies to optimize the supply chain for diverse UK customer groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external providers to deliver second-line resolution for escalated customer queries within tight KPIs.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within the Pharmaceutical industry or a similarly highly-regulated sector (FMCG, Chemicals).
• Deep technical proficiency in SAP ERP and a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy supply chain logistics.
• Advanced Data Analysis skills, with the ability to perform robust statistical analysis on massive, complex datasets.
• Expertise in Data Visualization tools to translate raw data into actionable business insights and supply controls.
• Exceptional logical reasoning and the ability to make compliant, high-stakes decisions that improve supply chain effectiveness.
