Project Manager – Transformation & Change

Salary: £70,000 + bonus

Location: 2 days per week in the City of London

We’re working with a large, multi‑brand organisation undergoing a significant period of transformation. As part of this journey, they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a central PMO and support the delivery of complex, business‑critical change initiatives.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys operating across strategy, governance and delivery, and who can confidently manage senior stakeholders while keeping programmes on track.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering transformation projects across multiple workstreams and business areas. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to initiatives where alignment, ownership and communication are critical.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning day‑to‑day delivery of complex projects and change initiatives
  • Managing integrated project plans, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
  • Consolidating workstream updates into clear, senior‑level reporting
  • Supporting stakeholder mapping, engagement and communications planning
  • Introducing structure and governance in fast‑moving or ambiguous environments
  • Working across multiple brands, functions and delivery teams
  • Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, including the C‑suite
  • Tracking benefits and ensuring outcomes align with transformation goals
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience managing projects in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
    • Exposure to change and transformation programmes (systems, process or business change)
    • Strong delivery discipline (RAID, planning, reporting, governance)
    • Confidence in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
    • Clear, structured communication with pace and presence
    • Ability to balance technical understanding with strategic thinking
    • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of outcomes
    • Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, Lean etc.) are beneficial but not essential.

If you’re a confident, structured Project Manager who enjoys driving clarity and momentum in complex change environments, this is a strong next step.
