What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable backend services in Python
- Develop and optimise trading infrastructure (low latency, high reliability)
- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems
- Work on real-time data pipelines and trading APIs
- Collaborate closely with product, quant, and frontend teams
- Continuously improve performance, security, and system stability
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of backend development experience
- Strong Python skills (FastAPI / Django / Flask or similar)
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Familiar with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
- Experience working with AI/ML model deployment is a plus
- Understanding of trading systems or financial markets is a strong plus
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and problem-solving ability
