We are seeking an exceptional Product Analyst to join our Value Assurance team, supporting a major Digital Transformation within Engineering. This is not a routine BAU role — it’s a strategic, high‑impact position focused on modernising operational technology and improving integrated planning across a complex operational environment.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data/AI, and Value Assurance, and is ideal for someone with a consulting background who can drive clarity, challenge decision‑making, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

  • Lead ongoing and new product implementations aligned to Engineering’s digital transformation roadmap.
  • Analyse solution and product landscape options, providing clear recommendations with pros/cons.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements, roadmaps, and solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure timely, meaningful delivery.
  • Develop deep domain understanding of business processes, pain points, and operational constraints.
  • Communicate insights, technical topics, and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with junior–senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Champion best‑practice technology principles across architecture, development, and testing.
  • Contribute to governance, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Value Assurance

  • Provide independent oversight and quality assurance for key programmes and projects.
  • Apply lessons learned from previous digital transformation initiatives to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Monitor programme performance using KPIs, value frameworks, and ROI measurement tools.
  • Develop and implement programme standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Oversee financial governance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control processes.
  • Engage stakeholders on financial planning, ensuring alignment on cost/benefit and investment rationale.
  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and benefit realisation across all initiatives.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong Product Analysis experience across complex transformation programmes.
  • Background as an ex‑consultant (PWC, EY, McKinsey, Blackrock, Deloitte).
  • Solid experience in product‑led delivery, particularly within data, analytics, or AI‑driven platforms.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, influence senior stakeholders, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Proven capability in value assurance, programme oversight, or benefits realisation.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complexity into clear, actionable insight.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
