The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Scrum Master to support delivery across a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
This role will focus on driving agile practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring smooth delivery across cross-functional squads.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and quality teams to remove blockers, improve flow, and uplift team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery flow
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities
- Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
- Support continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes
- Drive strong team collaboration and accountability
Skills & Experience (Required)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, QA, product)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
Highly Regarded
- Experience in technology / digital delivery environments
- Exposure to Quality Engineering or testing environments
- Experience working in scaled agile environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
