The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to support delivery across a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

This role will focus on driving agile practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring smooth delivery across cross-functional squads.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and quality teams to remove blockers, improve flow, and uplift team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery flow
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities
Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
Support continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes
Drive strong team collaboration and accountability

Skills & Experience (Required)

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, QA, product)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
