A major data uplift program within a leading financial services environment calls for a Scrum Master who thrives in complexity and elevates high?performing teams. This role suits someone who brings structure, calm, and clarity to fast?moving delivery landscapes and knows how to guide multidisciplinary squads through platform?level change.

You'll drive predictable, high?quality delivery across critical data platform initiatives, embedding disciplined agile practices, sharpening delivery rhythms, and clearing impediments before they slow momentum. Close collaboration with Product Owners, engineers, analysts, and platform stakeholders will be central to your impact.

This program is foundational to scaling trusted data, analytics, and AI across the enterprise. Your leadership will shape delivery predictability, uplift team effectiveness, and ensure complex platform change lands smoothly without disrupting essential business data.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies with purpose, discipline, and outcome?focus
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritisation with Product Owners
• Enable teams to deliver high?quality, production?ready increments aligned to the Definition of Done
• Promote transparency through metrics, visualisation, and clear reporting
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, including cross?team and platform dependencies
• Protect teams from unplanned work and external disruption
• Escalate risks and issues with clear impact framing and options
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and learning
• Support alignment across multiple squads and delivery streams
• Contribute to communication for senior stakeholders and SteerCo forums

Ideally you will have;

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex technology or data programs
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, applied pragmatically in enterprise environments
• Ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder?engagement skills
• Calm, structured delivery approach in high?change or high pressure settings
• Experience with data platforms, cloud, or large?scale migration programs
• Exposure to regulated or audit sensitive environments
• Relevant Agile or Scrum certifications
