Required Technical Skill Set :


·        Minimum of 10 years of experience in platform management or a similar role.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.

·        Prioritize the product backlog and ensure the development team is working on the most valuable features.

·        Define and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring it meets customer needs and business objectives

·        Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and designers to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration

·        Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.

·        Work closely with engineering, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and launch.

·        Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

·        Focus on enhancing the user experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·        Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve offerings and enhance user experience.

·        Proficiency in platform governance and performance monitoring.

·        Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.

·        Budget management experience.

·        Experience with Agile Software Development

·        Experience with Google platforms


Must Have:


·        Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the platform's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

·        Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations.

·        Platform Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.

·        Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, developers, and other relevant roles.

·        Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.

·        Budget Management: Manage the platform budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.

·        Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform.

·        Technical Roadmaps: Develop and own the technical roadmaps that drive the realization of the technology vision 

·        User Requirements: Ensure user requirements are met by translating business needs into technical features 

·        SDLC Management: Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

·        Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and ensure milestones are met.

·        Agile Practices: Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project delivery.
