Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with Audio-Visual (AV) experience to support a large-scale dispatch project across multiple locations in NSW, Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, AV setups, and field support operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and IT infrastructure
  • Provide support for AV equipment and modern meeting room setups (Teams, Cisco, MTR devices)
  • Handle desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware issues
  • Perform break-fix support and replace defective parts
  • Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) devices such as Crestron and Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub
  • Assist in cabling, HDMI setup, and AV troubleshooting
  • Use ITSM tools for ticketing, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with remote teams via calls/video when required


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Basic understanding of MTR devices (Crestron, Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub)
  • Knowledge of audio and video equipment troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience in desktop support and network troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11 environments
  • Experience with installation and maintenance of IT hardware and peripherals
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes


Preferred Certifications:

  • MCSE / MCP (Windows OS)
  • CompTIA A+ Certification


Tools & Equipment (Mandatory):

  • Wired keyboard & mouse
  • HDMI cable (long)
  • Basic screwdriver kit
  • Windows laptop with HDMI port
  • Mobile phone (for coordination/video calls)
  • USB drive (for flashing MTR devices/NUCs)


Compliance & Background Verification (Mandatory):

Candidates must be willing to undergo background verification and provide:

  • Highest qualification certificate
  • Experience letters from last 2 employers
  • Government-issued ID
  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
  • Valid work permit / visa copy


Additional Requirements:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple locations
  • Willingness to comply with security clearance and confidentiality agreements
