Title:- Data Analyst – Remediation Programs

Duration:- 6 Months Extendable

Experience with Banking or financial services is mandatory for this role.

Role Overview

We are seeking Data Analysts to support remediation initiatives through data analysis, validation, and preparation of remediation payment calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to support remediation programs.
• Develop and validate remediation calculation logic.
• Analyse customer and transaction datasets to identify impacted customers.
• Prepare and validate remediation payment files.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality throughout remediation processes.
• Support reporting and analytics for program governance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to implement remediation logic.

Required Experience

• Strong data analysis experience in financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Teradata.
• Experience working with large datasets and data reconciliation.
• Ability to analyse complex data issues and identify remediation solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in banking remediation or regulatory programs.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with banking customer data models.
