BIHG is seeking a Digital Asset Infrastructure Director to oversee infrastructure supporting institutional activity across digital asset markets.
This role focuses on coordinating infrastructure used for trading, custody, settlement and on-chain asset management across multiple platforms and environments.
Responsibilities
• Oversee infrastructure supporting digital asset trading and custody
• Coordinate operational workflows between exchanges and wallet systems
• Monitor asset transfer infrastructure and settlement environments
• Maintain reporting related to infrastructure performance and reliability
• Identify operational risks across digital asset infrastructure
• Coordinate improvements to asset management and settlement processes
• Maintain documentation related to infrastructure operations
Requirements
• Experience working with digital asset trading or custody infrastructure
• Understanding of exchange environments and wallet systems
• Familiarity with blockchain settlement mechanics
• Ability to oversee operational workflows related to asset infrastructure
• Experience coordinating infrastructure across multiple trading venues
• Strong analytical and operational decision-making
• Professional fluency in English
Compensation
Base Salary: 300,000–350,000 USD per year
Token Allocation: Optional
Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to infrastructure performance and operational reliability
