Your Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of retail banking products, as well as the development and management of digital channels
• Coordinate product-related topics with IT, UX/UI, and business teams
• Assist in defining product requirements and tracking progress
• Monitor product performance (KPIs, customer feedback, usage)
• Contribute to improving digital customer journeys and processes
• Support product launches, campaigns, and internal coordination

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, digital banking or fintech
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Jira or similar tools is an advantage
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3.272,23 /month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
