Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Europe (Remote / Hybrid – near Paris or Brussels) | Permanent | €55,000 – €65,000

I'm currently hiring for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience across React, Next.js, TypeScript ideally with a background in Video / Audio Players.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Working closely with the CTO to evolve a multi-tenant B2B SaaS streaming platform
• Building and maintaining features across frontend and backend
• Investigating technical issues, identifying root causes, and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Improving scalability, performance, and reliability as new clients and features are added
• Contributing to architecture decisions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Driving improvements in testing, CI/CD, and engineering workflows
• Acting as an AI champion, helping integrate AI tools into development practices

What you will already be doing:

• 6+ years experience building full-stack production systems
• Strong experience working on Video / streaming platforms
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend experience
• Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), caching (Redis/Memcache), and messaging systems
• Ability to understand complex codebases, debug issues, and deliver solutions independently
• Experience contributing to architecture and system design decisions
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and testing practices
• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD workflows
