We are looking for a Product Owner Cybersecurity Testing to lead the development and management of security testing services within a government digitalization agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate penetration tests on applications, APIs, platforms and infrastructure
- Manage ethical hacking initiatives (vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programs)
- Support SDLC security integration (SAST, DAST, SCA)
- Lead the development and management of security testing services
- 5+ years security consulting experience
- 5+ years pentesting expertise (web apps, APIs, infrastructure)
- OWASP/NIST/OSSTMM/PTES standards knowledge
- SAST/DAST/SCA knowledge
- Security framework certifications (CISM/CISSP/CEH)
- Security process governance experience
- Dutch C2 (mandatory)
- Product owner experience (1+ year)
- 3+ years security management frameworks
- Duration: 16 months
- Start: April 2026
- Location: Brussels / Ghent (hybrid)
- Contract: Freelance
